Terms of service
These draft terms describe the intended ground rules for accessing Genesis Code Doctor AI, purchasing services, and participating in the community.
These are planning terms only. They are not ready for customer acceptance and contain no effective date, governing-law clause, legal address, or binding dispute process. Those items require owner approval and qualified legal review before launch.
Who may use the service.
The final terms are expected to require users to be legally able to enter an agreement and to provide accurate account information. A person using Genesis for an organization must have authority to act for that organization. Account access may not be shared in a way that defeats plan limits, security controls, or individual accountability.
Diagnostics inform decisions; they do not guarantee outcomes.
- Public scans examine a bounded, publicly accessible surface under the conditions disclosed in the report.
- Scores, findings, comparisons, generated materials, and suggested repairs may be incomplete or require professional verification.
- Search position, traffic, revenue, security, accessibility compliance, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
- A customer remains responsible for reviewing, testing, authorizing, backing up, and lawfully deploying changes.
- Features described as beta, preview, draft, unavailable, or configuration pending must not be treated as production commitments.
Use only sites, code, and accounts you are allowed to use.
You should submit private source code, connect accounts, request changes, or authorize deployment only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Public competitor analysis is limited to permitted public information and must not be used to obtain private data, bypass access controls, copy protected creative work, or misrepresent affiliation.
Payment, authentication, customer-data, security, infrastructure, DNS, destructive, and production changes should require explicit approval and appropriate safeguards. A diagnostic or purchase alone is not deployment authorization.
Members are responsible for their activity.
Users should protect credentials, promptly report suspected compromise, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. Genesis may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, subject to the final notice and appeal process.
Price and entitlement must be clear before payment.
The checkout presented at purchase should identify the product or plan, price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing interval, renewal terms, included credits or usage, delivery format, and material limitations. Subscription cancellation and refund treatment are different actions. The draft Refund Policy explains the intended request process.
No entitlement should be granted solely because a browser returns to a success page. Genesis should rely on payment-provider confirmation before making a paid product available.
Each party keeps its existing rights.
The final terms must distinguish Genesis technology and brand materials, customer materials, public community content, generated deliverables, third-party components, and feedback. It must also define the license attached to each purchased artifact without claiming rights that Genesis does not own or granting permissions that third-party licenses prohibit.
Final risk language is still open.
Service availability, warranties, disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, dispute resolution, governing law, termination effects, export controls, and region-specific consumer rights have not been finalized. Genesis will not invent those provisions before the legal entity, markets, service architecture, insurance, and commercial terms are approved.

Questions about these draft terms can be submitted through the Support Center. The production terms must identify the responsible legal entity, provide a durable contact method, carry a version and effective date, and explain how material changes will be communicated.
