Real calendar validation, inclusive policy windows, exact day distance, value-free issues, and an immutable neutral timeline event remain separate from availability and legal completion. This is the real published Genesis interface—not a stock image.

Move-In Commitment Date Validator & Timeline Mapper
Validate a renter-supplied move-in date as a real non-past calendar value and map it into neutral timeline evidence without turning intent into a lease or possession claim.
An original dependency-free date-only boundary for rental workflows. It validates strict Gregorian calendar values, rejects impossible and past dates, applies configurable inclusive lead and advance windows, calculates timezone-independent calendar-day distance, emits stable value-free issue codes, and returns a deeply frozen renter-committed timeline event whose claims explicitly keep availability, application approval, lease execution, and possession transfer false.
It helps keep sign-in and protected areas working when users log in, log out, or their session changes.

What this specific product actually does
Every Genesis listing has its own capabilities, workflow, automation status, limits, and proof standard—without generic promises copied from another product.
Inside Move-In Commitment Date Validator & Timeline Mapper
- 01Accepts only strict YYYY-MM-DD move-in and current-date evidence and rejects impossible Gregorian calendar values.
- 02Calculates calendar-day distance through UTC ordinals without treating date-only values as instants or reading the executing device clock.
- 03Applies configurable inclusive minimum-lead and maximum-advance bounds from 0 through 3650 days.
- 04Returns accepted, invalid, past, too-soon, or too-far with stable bounded issue codes that do not echo rejected values.
- 05Maps accepted values to a configurable bounded event type, exact effective date, and renter-committed state.
- 06Returns frozen results and explicitly marks availability, application approval, lease execution, and possession transfer as false.
Move-in intent without availability or legal-completion claims.
The mapper validates one supplied calendar boundary only; the host owns policy, consent, authorization, persistence, accessibility, legal review, publication, monitoring, and rollback.
This product does not modify a customer website.
Who this is built for

Three steps for this product
- 01
Supply date-only evidence
Pass the renter-selected move-in date and a trusted business-context today value; keep names, addresses, and application data outside this utility.
- 02
Apply reviewed policy
Configure lead and advance windows from the host's approved workflow and handle every result state accessibly without silent date changes.
- 03
Persist and publish deliberately
Store the neutral event only through an authorized server path, test the final workflow, publish through the host release process, monitor, and retain rollback.

What Genesis Code Doctor fixed
- Only verified changes appear here.
- Each repair can show affected files, routes, checks, or rules.
- Regression checks are recorded separately from the repair itself.
Still needs attention
- Unresolved, blocked, unavailable, or not-tested items remain visible.
- Evidence links can explain why an item passed, failed, or needs review.
- Follow-up verification can be run after implementation.
Know the fit, evidence, and handoff before a repair is used.
These controls turn a code product into a traceable repair workflow. They do not claim compatibility or success that has not been verified.
Declared support is available
Declared platforms: All Platforms, Floot, React / Next.js
Exact compatibility still depends on the customer's framework version, dependencies, hosting, custom code, and current site state.
Lifecycle protection is part of the product standard.
- Compatibility is reviewed before release.
- Regression and rollback requirements stay explicit.
- Follow-up verification can be run after implementation.
Genesis keeps the recommendation tied to evidence.
- Confirm the observed problem.
- Check product fit and safety boundary.
- Apply only the authorized repair scope.
- Re-run equivalent checks before calling it fixed.

What this item does not claim
This package does not verify unit availability, approve an application, execute a lease, transfer possession, establish tenancy, calculate rent, interpret law, choose a universal lead window, read the device clock, persist data, authorize mutations, or send communications. A renter-selected date is intent evidence only. The host owns source-of-truth dates, property-local policy, consent, accessibility, privacy, legal review, persistence, authorization, publishing, monitoring, and rollback.
