2. Collect reviewed heading text, tag, wrap mode, measure, font size, line height, overflow behavior, localization state, and minimum viewport.
3. Call auditHeadingTextWrap.
4. Fix errors, review warnings, and verify in real browsers at zoom and localized content sizes.
5. Apply any fallback CSS through your own reviewed stylesheet workflow.
