4. Test keyboard entry/exit, focus visibility, zoom/reflow, touch, reduced motion, responsive layout, and existing regressions.
5. If structure or visual language must change, stop: PRESERVATION CONFLICT / REVIEW REQUIRED.
6. Rollback by removing the adapter and reverting only targeted changes.
7. Publish only after environment-specific checks pass.

Compatibility: Node 18+ for auditing; framework-neutral evidence input. No browser or assistive-technology behavior is verified automatically.
