Listing Draft Resume Destination Resolver

Start with README.md, then copy index.js and optionally index.d.ts into trusted application code.

1. Run npm test.
2. Review and configure four real internal routes.
3. Supply authoritative draft and published-record evidence.
4. Stop on blocked; authorize the manager before using an allowed destination.
5. Test active, stale, submitted, completed, discarded, mismatched, and absent-state cases.
6. Publish through your host only after verification. In Floot, use Update/Publish.

The helper never fetches, writes, navigates, publishes, or verifies authorization.
