GENESIS CODE DOCTOR — 100% WEBSITE COMPLETION SYSTEM™
COPY ONE STEP AT A TIME

STEP 1 — AUDIT WHAT EXISTS
@Floot Audit this entire existing website project before changing anything. Preserve working implementations. Determine what I am building and inventory every applicable website system, page, feature, integration, production requirement and customer journey. Classify each item as 100% VERIFIED, NEEDS WORK, HUMAN ACTION REQUIRED, or NOT APPLICABLE. Do not rebuild the project merely because an item appears on a generic checklist. Do not inflate completion status. Report the evidence available for verified items and the missing evidence for everything else.

STEP 2 — BUILD THE COUNTDOWN
@Floot Take every applicable item that is not 100% verified and organize it from easiest/safest to hardest/most dependent. Give me the exact remaining count. Complete one item at a time. Reduce the count only after implementation and appropriate verification. If an item requires credentials, payment authorization, external approval, publishing permission, visual inspection, or another human-only action, place it in HUMAN ACTION REQUIRED and continue with the next safe item.

KEEP THIS — CONTINUE COMMAND
@Floot Continue with the next easiest unfinished item. Complete everything you can without my assistance, verify the result, update the countdown, create a checkpoint when appropriate, and identify the next item. If a task is too large or risky to perform as one change, break it into small verified sections rather than pasting or changing everything at once.

CONNECTIONS & BUSINESS SYSTEMS
@Floot Audit the applicable external and business connections: domain/DNS/SSL, production hosting, database, authentication, transactional email, CRM, maps, notifications, file storage, APIs, Google Search Console readiness, analytics, Google Tag Manager when appropriate, Google Business Profile when applicable, Bing Webmaster Tools when useful, and any project-specific integrations. Mark CONNECTED/VERIFIED, CAN COMPLETE SAFELY, HUMAN ACTION REQUIRED, or NOT APPLICABLE. Never request secrets in chat. Give owner actions one at a time.

SEO & DISCOVERY
@Floot Audit and safely improve applicable search systems without overwriting working SEO: crawlability, server-rendered content, titles, descriptions, headings, search intent, canonical URLs, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, structured data, internal links, orphan pages, duplicate/thin content, articles/guides, local/geographic SEO only where pages provide unique value, Search Console readiness, indexing readiness, social metadata, and AI-search readability. Verify before marking complete.

PAYMENTS — ONLY IF APPLICABLE
@Floot Audit products/services, current pricing, cart/order summary, payment provider configuration, checkout, success/failure/cancel states, receipts, refunds/cancellations, fulfillment/download delivery, taxes where applicable, and transaction logging. Do not claim payments 100% verified until an appropriate real or provider-supported end-to-end transaction has been confirmed. Move owner authorization or credential steps to HUMAN ACTION REQUIRED.

AUTOMATED FINAL QA
@Floot Run every appropriate automated check available: typecheck/build validation, tests, route checks, form logic, SEO infrastructure, sitemaps, robots, status codes, redirects, backend logs, production routes, API/error handling, accessibility checks available to the environment, and regression tests. Fix safe failures, rerun the affected checks, and report evidence. Do not call code existence equivalent to runtime verification.

VISUAL & MOBILE CERTIFICATION
@Floot With the project preview open, inspect applicable desktop and mobile layouts, navigation, menus, forms, cards, modals, overflow, typography, focus/keyboard behavior, loading/empty/error states, translated and RTL layouts where applicable, generated document appearance, and checkout interaction. Separate anything that cannot actually be observed or exercised. Fix regressions and recheck.

FINAL STEP — RUN EVERYTHING AGAIN
@Floot FINAL 100% WEBSITE CERTIFICATION. Re-audit this entire website from beginning to end as if you have never reviewed it before. Do not rely solely on previous percentages or reports. Recheck every applicable foundation, page, navigation, form, mobile experience, business system, API, payment flow, SEO/indexing system, performance, accessibility, security/privacy requirement, error state, production route and primary customer journey. Verify that repairs made during this process did not introduce regressions. Divide results into 100% VERIFIED, NOT 100%, HUMAN ACTION REQUIRED and NOT APPLICABLE. If anything remains NOT 100%, create a fresh easiest-to-hardest countdown and continue safe work. If HUMAN ACTION REQUIRED remains, report NOT YET FULLY CERTIFIED and give those actions one at a time. Only report 100% COMPLETE when every applicable requirement in this system is verified or correctly Not Applicable and no unresolved applicable item remains.
