Universal Security Header Policy Validator

Start with README.md. This dependency-free validator evaluates supplied HTTP response headers without changing the server.

1. Run npm test with Node.js 18 or newer.
2. Copy the source module into trusted server-side or build-time code.
3. Supply response headers from the exact URL and environment being reviewed.
4. Investigate fail and warning results before changing production policy.
5. Test every affected route and keep the rollback plan in README.md.

Boundary: passing these checks does not prove that a website is secure or free from exploitable defects.
