Travel Carbon Offset Purchase Source & Receipt Ledger

Use this package at the boundary where authorized caller-supplied receipt facts enter your application.

1. Run npm test.
2. Map opaque journey/segment and receipt references; never pass names, email addresses, phone numbers, credentials, or full receipt documents.
3. Call createOffsetPurchaseReceipt on the server.
4. Stop on ok: false. Store only the returned record when authorized.
5. Display source and unknown-state warnings beside any reported values.
6. Keep environmental verification, payment confirmation, persistence, and publication in separate reviewed adapters.
